onX Offroad is a trail and adventure-tracking app for all types of terrain. It's a great app for finding trails to follow by bicycle, motorcycle, snowmobile, ATVs, quads, and basically any other all-terrain vehicle.

The data used by onX Offroad is obtained from USFS, MVUM, BLM, and NPS. Each map offers a clear depiction of various roads and trails, including the type of vehicle recommended for each one and the seasons in which it's available. There's also additional information such as trailer parking, gas stations, boat ramps, fishing areas, and much more. Maps are available in satellite mode, road mode, or even 3D mode.

With onX Offroad, you can conveniently plan your route. When you're on a trail, you can save points of interest, as well as record various data such as speed or total distance traveled.

Other useful information offered by onX Offroad is whether the land you're on is public or private property. Thanks to this, you can avoid trespassing on other people's property, which can get dangerous when you're in the United States.

onX Offroad also lets you navigate without an Internet connection, which is very useful, because many places in the mountains have poor coverage. In addition, it's compatible with Android Auto.
